Patrio was founded on a simple idea: the best technology solutions start with listening. We’re technologists, strategists, and lifelong learners who created a different kind of IT services company - one that puts people first. After years inside the tech industry, we saw how big firms treat clients like ticket numbers, swapping reps and standard solutions. We do it differently: personal tech partners with deep expertise and genuine curiosity for your business.
We stay ahead of the curve across cloud, AI, data, and modern apps - but never lose the human element. You get a consistent team committed to your success - yes, we check in after the project to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our culture is built on trust, transparency, and a bit of playfulness. We take results seriously, not ourselves; that down-to-earth style helps align teams and accelerate progress.

Why Patrio?
Personalized Attention
We don’t disappear for months and toss a report over the wall. We iterate with you, incorporating feedback so solutions actually work in your environment.
Long-Term Consistency
No revolving door of account managers. The team that onboards you is the team at your side as we grow together. Stability builds trust and preserves context—no re-explaining your vision every few months.
Fast & Flexible
No bureaucracy. Need a quick decision or creative workaround? We pivot quickly with enterprise-grade rigor—minus enterprise-grade sluggishness.
Direct Access to Expertise
Skip the sales layers. You collaborate directly with the people building your solution—accelerating communication and outcomes.
Cutting-Edge Knowledge
We constantly experiment with new tech, attend hackathons, and train on emerging best practices—bringing you modern solutions others might not mention yet.
Alignment with Your Vision
Every recommendation is aligned to your strategy and KPIs. We avoid tech-for-tech’s-sake and design for both technical and line-of-business outcomes.
Our Team
Our vision is to reinvent what’s possible by combining innovation with intentional listening. When you truly hear a customer’s goals and invest in continuous learning, you can create solutions that change the game.
David Yadrick
Founder & CEO
A veteran United States Coast Guard Officer with 25 years of service, David led intelligence-driven operations ranging from counter-narcotics missions in South America to deployments supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Entrusted with the nation’s highest security clearances, he evaluated and operationalized advanced IT tools to support critical missions, led teams of more than 50 intelligence experts, and developed procedures enabling classified data to support unclassified law enforcement and regulatory operations.
Through these experiences, David gained firsthand insight into federal procurement and vendor dynamics. He recognized a recurring challenge: many organizations lacked a full understanding of the Federal IT ecosystem when defining requirements, while vendors often focused solely on delivering to the specifications provided.By founding Patrio, David set out to bridge that gap — partnering with clients to shape requirements strategically, align technology solutions with real operational needs, and bring cutting-edge capabilities to mission-critical environments.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Elishia, and their four daughters, three of whom attend University of Southern California, San Diego State University, and California State University, Long Beach.
There’s always a new way to solve an old problem. By really listening to our clients and constantly pushing our own knowledge, we turn uncertainty into innovation. My promise: Patrio will never stop learning - and our clients will always reap the benefits.
