David (Dave) Yadrick
Co-Founder & CEO
A veteran United States Coast Guard officer with 25 years of service, Dave led intelligence-driven operations - from counter-narcotics in South America to deployments supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Trusted with high-level clearances, he evaluated and operationalized advanced IT tools to support critical missions, commanding teams of 50+ intelligence experts and establishing procedures to use classified data in real-time decision-making.
Those wins exposed him to federal procurement and vendor dynamics, where he saw a recurring issue: many organizations didn’t know what was possible and wrote requirements from a place of unawareness - while vendors simply fulfilled specs. Founding Patrio, Dave set out to bridge that gap: shape requirements with clients, align solutions to the real problem set, and bring the cutting edge to mission needs. Off-duty, Dave loves time with his daughters, never misses Thursday Night Football, and volunteers with local service members.

Brendan Murphy
Co-Founder & CRO
An entrepreneur and technologist with 10+ years in IT, Brendan founded his first startup in college. His philosophy: there’s always room to innovate - if you listen intentionally to customer goals and keep upskilling to anticipate where the market is going. Brendan’s expertise spans cloud architecture, software engineering, and data analytics.
He’s collaborated with leaders including Tom Richards (CDW, CEO), Mark Eldridge (ALKU, Founder), Ricardo Di Blasio (NetApp, CRO), and Sanjay Mirchandani (Commvault, CEO) - insights he channels into Patrio’s end-to-end lifecycle approach that aligns innovation strategy with business outcomes. Off-the-clock, he’s an ice hockey goaltender, a frequent hackathon attendee, and a business consultant.
